Board Biography – Linda Scott

Appointed a Director of SPBE in November 2008.

I have worked at IBM Greenock for 26 years with many roles over that time, mainly in Project Management, Business Transformation and People Management. My business experience primarily lies in the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and based on order fulfilment processes - from the provision of electronic tools for IBMs clients, through ordering to final cash payment and all processes in between.

I have been leader of many business transformation projects involving the analysis, planning and deployment of end-to-end processes and systems across Europe, running a formal project office, leading operational areas in warehousing, delivery logistics, customer fulfilment, business operations for Mobile brand of PCs and support functions such as Human Resources, Communications, Location Management and Employee Training. My last project role was prime business sponsor / leader for the $7M site consolidation project at the Greenock location.
