Chief Executive Biography – Arthur McIvor
Arthur McIvor has been the Chief Executive of the SPBE since January 2008. His job is to strategically develop the Exchange which provides an education platform for MSPs and industry to appreciate the impact legislation and the legislative process has on the Scottish Economy.
Arthur has held various senior roles in both public and private sectors throughout the UK including handling some of Royal Mail Groups most prestigious accounts. He is a Director of a consultancy which develops commercial strategies for rapid growth companies including Estate Life, advisers to Channel 4.
Arthur lives with his partner and their three boys in Edinburgh and plays an active role on his children's school Parent Council.
